THE SWEET SPOT

STATISTICS TO PREPARE, MONITOR & IMPROVE! THE MONEY: *SPO2 80 – 85% ‘SPO2’ READING = % BLOOD O2 SATURATION OF HAEMOGLOBIN

You’re recommended to work at an intensity of 80 – 85% aka. on ‘the sweet spot’, during session plays to create maximum adaptations within the body of >25% – greater results than any other form of training at sea level giving you a natural, competitive edge.

During breaks with a drink in hand, you can walk to the end zone, place one finger into the pulse oximeter and monitor your ‘SPO2’ reading to assess whether you need to put more pedal to the metal, maintain intensity, or go a little lighter to enter the milky way of mecca wellness

Ballin’ across 50 mins of strength & conditioning, All-STARS tone a little more upper body one week & a little lower the next making mince meat out of your old pb’s and physiques.

Showcasing rounds of 1, 2 or 3 minutes & opening the Field of Green for any rookie new to the bags with no experience needed! All All-STARS need to do is rock up, get their guard up and roll with the punches – literally!

BOX + SMASH + DOMINATE 

50 mins of showstopping boxing split with boss mode cardio for the ultimate shred sesh! All-STARS box, run, ride, lift & row banking more benefits than any other form of training. Sounds crazy right? Yes – We get crazy!

All-STARS discover untapped potential and leave the field feeling like a total star as they run, row, ski & ride! But before they go, they best not forget the final 4 min throw down to finish the session!
