BEFORE YOUR SESSION

Before officially hitting the field of green for your first session, you must tick off your compulsory PLAYER PROFILE. It only takes 10 x mins & we do it to monitor adaptations that occur in response to the low oxygen levels within the CA x Arena. From there, we’ll get you organised for your first session officially kicking off just after your Profile.

HIT THE SIDELINE

Already completed your player profile? Hit the sideline 15 x minutes before your CA x Session begins, so you can drop your things in your locker, meet your CA x Coaches & ball with us at ease!

MEET YOUR COACHES

Drop any info about your needs to your coach. They’ll give you a run-down of what’s about to go down in the CA x Arena & prepare you for a show stopping 50 x min of play!
